The toilet paper dispenser was poorly positioned, leading to awkward reaches!!! Also, the elevator situation needs better communication. a simple sign could alleviate confusion when it goes out of order!!!

The spacious one-bedroom suite was perfect for our large family and colleagues, offering a comfortable area to relax after exploring Savannah. The location was so convenient for accessing the historic district, and we enjoyed some delicious meals at nearby restaurants. The atmosphere really felt like home.
In my kids’ opinion, the fold-out bed could be much better. It was too uncomfortable for them, making sleep tough. An improved sofa bed would make family stays so much better.

I really liked the king studio with the sofa bed! The kitchenette was a nice surprise and perfect for my needs. The breakfast buffet looked impressive, and I appreciated how close the hotel is to the DOT shuttle path, which made getting around super easy.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We also loved relaxing by the pool. Just a heads-up for future guests, ice and water access could be improved.
One downside was the lack of easily accessible ice and water for guests. While the staff helped when asked, it would have been nice to have it readily available in the lobby.

The kitchenette in the room was a nice surprise, very handy. Restaurant options around were close. No place for easily getting ice or water was frustrating. Valet parking felt expensive for such a small space. Enjoyed the proximity to the DOT shuttle service. Bike rentals nearby added to the fun.

Amazing hospitality for a special occasion!
We had such a lovely time celebrating my mom's birthday. The staff, especially Denise, really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Loved our room, and the courtyard was a nice touch for relaxing outside. Only bummer was that there’s no ice machine. Overall, really nice stay for our family!
